About the Network
No. While Boone Hospital is a valued participant, the Health Cooperative of Missouri is a broad network of high-quality healthcare providers — not a single-hospital plan.
Since launching in 2019, the Health Cooperative has expanded to include:
- 8 healthcare facilities
- More than 1,300 medical providers across Missouri
The cooperative was designed to give employers access to a coordinated provider network with meaningful cost advantages and enhanced employee benefits.
Yes. The Health Cooperative functions as an enhanced benefit tier added to your existing health plan — it does not replace your current coverage.
Employees who prefer to continue seeing out-of-network providers may do so under their existing plan benefits. The Health Cooperative simply provides an additional no out-of-pocket option when employees choose participating in-network providers.
Eligibility & Company Fit
Yes. The Health Cooperative works with groups as small as 5–10 enrolled employees. In many cases, small and mid-sized employers benefit the most because they gain access to coordinated, cost-effective healthcare solutions traditionally available only to much larger organizations.
Absolutely. Your broker works with a wide range of employee benefit solutions. Requesting a quote through the Health Cooperative comes with no obligation.
