Contracting
Accessible Fee for Service group contracts and scalable payment infrastructure are the foundation of our Community Health Plan. This proven model is designed for quick and effortless onboarding.
Value-based group contracts are available to primary care providers via Aledade, a physician-led Accountable Care Organization (ACO) partner for Medicare Primary Care.
Payments

Direct to employer contracting participants see their collections burden greatly reduced, if not eliminated entirely.
Credentialing
All practice credentialing is covered by Health Cooperative of Missouri (HCM) provided the practice uses one of our Fee for Service group contracts.
